The location of this hotel is great which is near to many shopping malls and restaurants. Guests can easily walk to two big malls on Block M and the blok m station for MRT. There are also many choices of food around the hotel.

One guest mentioned that the shower in their room permanently changed between hot and cold.

I recently had a really good stay at this hotel. the location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. It made it so easy to explore and get around. Secondly, the staff were really friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would expect. Plus, some rooms had a good view of the surrounding area, which was a nice bonus. All in all, it was a great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

Great location for exploring the city and comfortable beds. It was easy to get to all the main attractions and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful. the view from the rooftop bar was amazing and it was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The noise level was intolerable. We had trouble sleeping due to the constant noise coming from outside and from other guests in the hallway.

This hotel is located in a very convenient spot close to shopping malls and lots of places to dine. Transportation is easy since it's on the 'NO STOP' areas and near the MRT station as well as the bus terminal. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The room was clean with good facilities, comfortable bed, and hot water.

The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the convenient location—a short walk from the local malls and public transport—with plenty of options for food and shopping nearby. The breakfast was also a standout, with several delicious dishes to choose from.

The shower drain seemed to be clogged, causing the water to accumulate and flood the bathroom floor. the smoking floors did not maintain a pleasant smell, but thankfully we were able to switch to a non-smoking room.
